Record Checks

For a processing fee, the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Central Processing Center performs an electronic records check searching for multiple names (5 or more requests) and any related cases, as specified by the requestor, within the New Hampshire trial courts. The documents created in response to an electronic records check, called “case summaries,”  are generated from the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s case management system.  A case summary is an index of documents and events in a particular case.  It is not the official court record of the New Hampshire Superior or Circuit Courts and is provided for informational purposes only.  Users of these case summaries therefore have the responsibility to verify the accuracy, currency, and completeness of the information retrieved. The Central Processing Center does not provide case summaries for confidential cases. Click on the links below for further information and the forms.
